Order your accreditation pass printing here. Pick from a recyclable coated, plastic, laminated or encapsulated finish. Printed double sided, each pass can be customised with a name, barcode and even a photo at no extra cost! As standard our accreditation passes are supplied printed, with square corners and a circle hole for a lanyard.

Frequently Ask Questions:

What size are the passes?

The standard pass size we print is 75x110mm. We are happy to print any size portrait or landscape up to 85x120mm for the prices shown above. 


Variable data printing

With the power of variable data printing each pass can be personalised with different names, barcodes and images. This is included in the price of the pass.


Bleed

We recommend that 3mm of bleed is included in your artwork. Bleed is required to allow us to cut your passes without white lines appearing on the edge of your passes. Your background image or colour should extend by 3mm on all sides of the artwork.


In the example below you can see how bleed works. The image on the left shows the artwork before being cut. The pink lines show where the passes will be cut. The image on the right shows the pass cut to the finished size.

If you are unable to add bleed yourself don’t worry we will do our best to help.

 

Quiet Border

You should try to keep text, barcodes, boxes and logos 5mm in from the edge of the pass artwork. Please also remember that a 6mm circler hole will be punched approximately 3.5mm from the top of the pass.

Laminated Accreditation Pass Printing

Our laminated accreditation passes are 550 micron thick. They are printed in colour on durable 300gsm stock to your artwork. We then laminate the accreditation passes with a choice of matt or gloss 250 micron plastic film. The passes are cut to size and a 6mm hole is punched for a lanyard.

Recyclable Coated Accreditation Pass Printing

Our recyclable coated accreditation passes are printed on matt or gloss 350gsm thick stock, in colour both sides to your artwork. We then cut the passes to size and punch a hole for the lanyard. These are the cheapest passes we print. They are excellent value for a one or two day event!

Recyclable Plastic Accreditation Pass Printing

Our plastic accreditation passes are printed in colour on thick 360 micron waterproof plastic to your artwork. We then cut the plastic passes to size and punch a hole for the lanyard. Our plastic passes are printed on Polyethylene Terephthalate Material which is widely recycled. Plastic passes are tamper proof because we print straight onto the surface of the plastic. They are 100% waterproof!

Environmentally Friendly Biodegradable Accreditation Passes

Our environmentally friendly laminate accreditation passes are 450 micron thick. The eco laminate passes are printed in colour on durable 350gsm recycled stock to your design. They are then laminated with a natural matt biodegradable film both sides. The passes are then cut to size and a 6mm hole is punched for a lanyard.

Encapsulated Plastic Accreditation Pass Printing

Our gloss encapsulated accreditation passes are 800 micron thick. They are printed in colour on durable 300gsm stock to your artwork. We then encapsulate the accreditation passes with a gloss 500 micron plastic. The passes are then cut to size and a 6mm hole is punched for a lanyard.

Die Cut Shape Accreditation Passes

Our shape cut accreditation passes are 500 micron thick. They are printed in colour on 200gsm stock to your artwork. We then laminate the accreditation passes with a choice of matt or gloss 250 micron film before die cutting to your shape, and punching a hole for lanyard.
